William Zartler, Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Bill Zartler is the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure, Inc (“Solaris”). Bill is also the Executive Chairman of Aris Water Solutions. Bill brings over 30 years of experience to Solaris, with an extensive background in both building and managing growth businesses and energy industry investing. Prior to founding Solaris in 2014, Bill was a Founder and Managing Partner of Denham Capital Management, a global energy and commodities private equity firm. He led Denham’s global investing activity in the midstream and oilfield services sectors and served on the investment and executive committees. While at Denham, Bill served on the boards of numerous portfolio companies, including NGL Energy Partners (NYSE:NGL), Gulf Atlantic Operations, Kitimat LNG, Freebird Gas Storage, Cadre Proppants, MS Energy Services and Greene’s Energy Group. Previously, Bill held the role of Senior Vice President and General Manager at Dynegy Inc., building and managing the natural gas liquids business. Prior to that he held the roles of Feedstock Trading Manager and Business Analyst at Dow Hydrocarbons and Resources. Bill received the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the year award for the Gulf Coast Region in 2018.  He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University. He also completed the Stanford Business School Executive Program and serves on the advisory board of the Cockrell School of Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin and serves on the board of directors of the Texas Business Hall of Fame Foundation.

Kyle Ramachandran | President and Chief Financial Officer

Kyle Ramachandran, President and Chief Financial Officer

Kyle Ramachandran serves as President and Chief Financial Officer for Solaris. Previously Kyle served as our Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy. Prior to joining Solaris, Kyle was a member of the Barra Energia management team, a First Reserve and Riverstone sponsored E&P vehicle based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Before joining Barra Energia, Kyle spent two years at First Reserve Corporation (Greenwich, CT), a global energy-focused private equity firm. Prior to First Reserve, Kyle began his career in Citigroup’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group (New York). He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the Carroll School of Management Honors Program at Boston College, where he graduated cum laude. In 2018, Kyle was recognized by Oil and Gas Investor magazine as an honoree for their Class of 2018 Forty Under 40. He was selected as one of the 40 featured individuals from across the nation who have excelled in entrepreneurial leadership and problem-solving.

Kelly Price | Chief Operating Officer

Kelly Price, Chief Operating Officer

Kelly Price serves as Chief Operating Officer for Solaris. Kelly brings more than 38 years of experience across the broader oil and gas service industry to Solaris. Prior to joining Solaris, Kelly was a consultant for Ascendo Resources. From 2014 to 2015, Kelly served as Senior Vice President of Pumping Services, Wireline and Logistics for FTS International, the then-largest private oilfield service company in North America. Prior thereto, Kelly served as President, US for Trican Well Service from 2010 to 2013. Kelly began his career at BJ Services, where he spent 32 years, including senior roles such as Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing, Vice President of West Division Sales and Rocky Mountain Regional Manager. Kelly began his career as field operator in Alberta, Canada.

Brendan Gilbert | Senior Vice President of Service & Quality

Brendan Gilbert serves as Senior Vice President of Service & Quality, responsible for the delivery of field services, customer experience, and the continuous improvement to service quality. Prior to joining Solaris, Brendan spent six years with Schlumberger, serving in various roles of increasing responsibility with assignments in Houston and the United Arab Emirates. Before joining the oil and gas industry, Brendan served as an Assistant General Counsel at the Central Intelligence Agency. He also served six years on active duty as a commissioned officer with the U.S. Army, including a deployment to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Brendan earned his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law and his undergraduate degree from George Washington University.

Christopher Powell | Chief Legal Officer

Christopher Powell, Chief Legal Officer

Christopher Powell serves as Chief Legal Officer for Solaris.

Christopher brings more than 16 years of broad practice experience to Solaris having represented both public and private companies during his career, most notably in the energy industry. Prior to joining Solaris, Christopher served as Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer for CARBO Ceramics Inc., a leading technology and services company providing products and services to the global oil and gas and industrial markets. Previously Christopher worked for Baker Hughes Incorporated as the company’s lead mergers and acquisitions and securities counsel, as well as division counsel for one of its business units. He began his career with the international law firm of Norton Rose Fulbright (formerly Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P.) working in the firm’s corporate and business finance section. Christopher obtained his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Christopher is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant and worked as an auditor with Arthur Andersen LLP prior to obtaining his law degree. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Texas A&M University, where he was selected as a member of the Mays Business School Fellows Program, an undergraduate professional development and leadership program.

Cindy Durrett | Chief Administrative Officer and Director

Cindy Durrett, Chief Administrative Officer

Cindy Durrett serves as Chief Administrative Officer and Director for Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure, Inc. Cindy oversees the company’s information technology, human resources, risk management and administrative functions. Prior to being named Chief Administrative Officer, Cindy was Vice President of Business Operations and was one of the founding leaders of Solaris in 2014. She brings over 30 years of midstream and oilfield services experience to Solaris. Prior to Solaris, she was the Director of Business Planning and Capital Projects for Cadre Proppants and was responsible for developing and leading several growth projects. Prior to Cadre, she served as Managing Director of Dynegy Midstream Services, where she provided leadership to several sectors of the organization including IT, regulated energy delivery, natural gas liquids and midstream. Cindy received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Park University in Kansas City, Missouri, where she graduated with distinction.

Lindsay Bourg | Chief Accounting Officer

Lindsay Bourg, Chief Accounting Officer

Lindsay R. Bourg serves as Chief Accounting Officer for Solaris. Prior to joining Solaris, Lindsay served in various roles of responsibility for Sabine Oil & Gas Corporation, including, Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller from July 2009 to April 2017.  Lindsay also served as Controller for Sabine Oil & Gas LLC, a privately held upstream company which actively engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and production of oil and natural gas through debt and equity financings of nearly $4.0 billion. Prior to Sabine, Lindsay held management and senior level positions at Davis Petroleum Corporation, Burlington Resources and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Her accounting experience spans both public and private companies within the energy industry for over 20 years.  Lindsay obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas State University, where she graduated magna cum laude and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Greg Garcia | Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Greg Garcia, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing

With more than 33 years of experience in the oilfield service industry, Greg brings a deep knowledge of all facets of pressure pumping services, including cementing, hydraulic fracturing pressure, coiled tubing and completions to Solaris. Prior to joining Solaris, Greg served as Executive Vice President of Business Development for Loadcraft Industries, where he led the market introduction and sales of two new product lines: Mobile Proppant Storage and Handling Systems and Portable Transloading Systems.

Greg spent more than 31 years with the Western Company of North America and its successors, BJ Services and, ultimately, Baker Hughes International, where he held positions of increasing responsibilities. His assignments included Regional Sales and Operations Manager in Mexico for seven years and Director of Strategic Integration for the Southeast Area of the U.S. Land Division, where he oversaw all BHI drilling, completion and production product lines.

Greg serves on the Board of Directors of the Petroleum Club in Fort Worth and is a member of SPE, AADE and Dallas Petroleum Club.

Yvonne Fletcher | Senior Vice President, Finance and Investor Relations

Yvonne Fletcher serves as Senior Vice President, Finance and Investor Relations for Solaris. Prior to joining Solaris, Yvonne spent over 13 years focused on energy investment analysis in both buy- and sell-side roles, including as an equity research analyst at Fidelity Management and Research and ClearBridge Investments. Prior to her buy-side roles, Yvonne held positions at Credit Suisse, Capital One and Tudor Pickering Holt & Co. Yvonne began her career in the corporate sector as a financial analyst in corporate planning and investor relations at Entergy Corporation. Yvonne holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance and economics and a Master of Business Administration degree from Tulane University.

Daniel Miers | Executive Vice President of Logistics

Daniel Miers serves as Executive Vice President of Logistics for Solaris. Daniel brings 20 years of experience growing and managing businesses across the oil and gas service industry. Previously, Daniel was the President of SandBox Logistics. Before that, Daniel was Chief Operating Officer of Gulfstream Services International. He also spent seven years at Key Energy Services in various capacities, including VP of Fluid Management and VP of all product lines for the Gulf Coast and Rocky Mountain regions. Daniel launched his career as a Petroleum Landman working for Suncoast Land Services in 2002.

Daniel earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Petroleum Land and Resource management from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where he graduated with honors.
