Dedicated Field Service Team

Solaris has a field services team with comprehensive skill sets including field technicians, diesel mechanics and controls specialists. Solaris’ field service team provides round-the-clock ongoing maintenance, training and troubleshooting, which ensures reliability of our fleet of Mobile Proppant and Chemical Management systems. We offer a flexible service model, from on call to 24-hour coverage, which enables us to respond quickly and allows training and field support to be tailored to individual customer needs.

Our field service technicians regularly check on our systems to perform preventative and predictive maintenance, as well as check in with wellsite staff to ensure customer satisfaction with the operation of our systems.

Minimizing Non-Productive Time

The goal of our field service team is to minimize non-productive time for our customers. Each time our field technicians encounter an issue in the field, the details are logged and reviewed by Solaris management to find ways to prevent similar recurrences. Because of this dedication to performance at the highest level of the company, improvements to both design and process are continuous at Solaris.

The result of this culture of continued improvement has resulted in high system reliability and minimal downtime. Our measured Solaris-caused non-productive time has averaged far less than 1% of total operating time, and we strive to continue providing this level of reliability for our customers.
