Our dedicated field service teams provide round-the-clock support, preventative and predictive maintenance, training and troubleshooting, which ensures reliability of our systems. We offer a flexible service model, from on call to 24-hour coverage, which enables us to respond quickly and allows training and field support to be tailored to individual customer needs.

Our Goal is Zero NPT

Through Solaris' Field Services continued improvement cycle, our customers achieve high system reliability and minimal downtime. With a combination of trained personnel, rigid processes, automated technologies and constant communication, we are able to identify trends and similar recurrences in order to perform preventive and predictive maintenance as well as make design improvements to our systems, which increases their run life and minimizes NPT.
